Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the Proposal Manager with all technical aspects of tenders.
  • Perform technical evaluation and review of tender documents, identify problem areas and deviations, and ensure all matters are discussed with clients and clarified.
  • Prepare computations and compile the technical content of project quotations in liaison with planning/cost control, technical, and operations departments.
  • Prepare method statements, initial design, and engineering in accordance with tender specifications, requirements, and company procedures.
  • Participate in internal technical meetings related to the proposal, client bid clarifications, and kick-off meetings for handover to project management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification with technical engineering background
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the industry.
  • Experience in dredging and marine projects is highly preferred.
