Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste, utilizing data-driven methodologies.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks in production, facilitating solutions that boost throughput and quality.
  • Conduct time studies and process simulations to establish benchmarks for productivity and identify areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in methods engineering or a similar role, demonstrating a robust understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is highly preferred, showcasing expertise in process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with CAD software and process simulation tools is crucial for visualizing and optimizing manufacturing workflows.
