Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand complex business and functional requirements to design comprehensive solution architectures.
• Act as the central point of contact for customers throughout the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Oversee and guide the technical project team (consultants and developers) to ensure quality delivery.
• Create, review, and validate business architecture concepts and design documentation.
• Lead proposal presentations, estimations, solution approaches, and project planning.
• Ensure technical excellence, scalability, and alignment of the solution with business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical or commercial field.
• 3 5 years of proven experience designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• 5+ years of experience leading IT or software development projects.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Finance & Operations.
• Strong understanding of business processes, preferably within manufacturing or enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills with a confident, professional approach.
• Experience working with Microsoft technologies including .NET/.NET Core, C#, Azure, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong documentation and presentation abilities using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical or commercial field.
