Mid-Level Finance Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our Dubai-based finance team. This remote role is ideal for a professional with at least three years of experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and data analytics. The ideal candidate will play a key role in revenue reporting, data management, system encoding, and ad hoc analytics to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and validate revenue reports, ensuring accuracy and completenes

Ad Hoc Financial Analytics: Support strategic decision-making through financial insights and data-driven analysis.

Data Cleaning & Management: Organise, clean, and structure financial data for reporting and reconciliation.

Accounting System Encoding: Accurately input financial data into the accounting system, maintaining integrity and consistency.

Reconciliations: Perform bank, revenue, and expense reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies.

Process Improvement: Assist in automating and optimising finance workflows for efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (mandatory).

Professional certifications (ACCA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent) are preferred but not required.

Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or ERP software).

Experience with data handling, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.

Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely with a Dubai-based team.
