Scope of Responsibility:
-Effectively purchasing and selling of pork,meat and poultry in full and mixed load shipments to the Middle East
-Responsible for inventory management
-Assist operations team with information for transportation movement in order to meet desired shipment schedules and avoid unnecessary costs.
-Maintain frequent verbal and written communications with assigned customers
-Assists the team to grow market share and diversify products and origins sold into the market
-Position inventory for assigned customers and/or team.

Experience & Education:
-5+ years experience in international frozen food provider business into the Middle East.
-Specific selling and purchase experience with Meat, Poultry, Pork or Fruit & Vegetables
-A proven history of developing customer or vendor market share.
-Ability to bring new customers or suppliers to AJC
-Knowledge of claims, credit and operations procedures
-Excellent verbal and written skills in English, Arabic a plus
