Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
A popular and prestigious international school group in the Northern Emirates is seeking experienced teachers to join its expanding team of passionate educators for the next academic year for its latest state of the art campus. The school is expanding in to Middle school in 2025 and so you'll be joining during an important first year set up stage. If you have at least two years post qualifying experience and embrace a student centred model of learning and happy to work with predominantly ESL and largely Arabic children in a setting that is distinctly multi-national and multicultural then this maybe the opportunity for you.
The school needs teachers that are committed for the long term and consider this as a career enhancement opportunity.
Please contact your Edvectus consultant for more information.
Desired Candidate Profile
Australian or NZ curriculum experience or IB/MYP background ideal (Those without IB experience may be considered but should promote an inquiry based student centred approach to their teaching) - UAE IB background would be ideal
Bachelor Education in subject with PGCE (If one is the major degree the other subject must have at least one course on the transcript)
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience post qualification
Preferred registration as a professional teacher (ie: VIT, QTS, etc)
