Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to designated destinations, adhering strictly to traffic laws and company policies.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring the mini-bus is in optimal working condition.
- Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle interior and exterior, providing a positive passenger experience.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, offering support as needed, particularly to those with mobility challenges.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the appropriate endorsements for operating a mini-bus.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; additional training or certifications in passenger transportation is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a passenger transport role.
- Demonstrate proficiency in route planning and navigation, with a strong understanding of local traffic patterns.
