Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed feasibility studies, analyzing geological data and market trends to determine the viability of mining projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field, ensuring a strong theoretical foundation and practical understanding.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, demonstrating hands-on knowledge and expertise in mining operations.
- Proficient in mining software and modeling tools, with a solid understanding of CAD and geological modeling.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with safety management systems and risk assessment processes to promote a culture of safety.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus, enhancing communication in multinational teams.
