MIS Executive (Chartered Accountant) ARENCO REAL ESTATE EST

Key Responsibilities:

· MIS Reporting: Develop, automate, and maintain comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery to management and key stakeholders.

· Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities to support strategic business decisions.

· Performance Monitoring: Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements, variance reports, and performance dashboards highlighting key financial and operational metrics.

· Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process through detailed financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning.

· Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection, validation, and reporting processes, ensuring continuous improvement in data accuracy and efficiency.

· Profitability & Cost Analysis: Evaluate cost structures, margins, and profitability by product, region, or business line to recommend actionable insights for better financial control.

· Data Automation: Enhance and automate reporting processes using advanced tools such as Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, VBA), SQL, and Business Intelligence software (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to improve efficiency and minimize manual intervention.

· Compliance & Controls: Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure data integrity, adherence to accounting standards, and compliance with financial regulations.

· Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by preparing detailed documentation, providing explanations, and addressing MIS-related queries.

· Strategic Input: Partner with management to develop and refine KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks that align with the company’s growth and financial goals.
