Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing, analysing, and maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS) to support business operations and decision-making. The role involves generating reports, maintaining databases, ensuring data accuracy, and providing analytical insights to management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.

  • Collect, compile, and analyze data from different departments.

  • Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports.

  • Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and dashboards.

  • Monitor sales, inventory, payroll, or financial data (as applicable).

  • Identify trends, discrepancies, and provide analytical insights.

  • Coordinate with departments to gather required data.

  • Ensure data confidentiality and security.

  • Automate reports using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and macros where required.

  • Support management in decision-making through data-driven insights.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas).

  • Knowledge of MIS reporting tools and ERP systems.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to handle large volumes of data.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
