Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on a wide range of mobile phone models, from basic faults to complex component-level problems.
- Perform intricate repairs, including screen replacements, battery swaps, charging port fixes, and logic board repairs using specialized tools and techniques.
- Maintain a detailed record of repairs, including parts used, time taken, and customer interactions, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Stay updated with the latest mobile phone technologies and repair methodologies through continuous learning and training.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in electronics or a related field is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in mobile phone repair (e.g., CompTIA A+, Mobile Repair Technician Certification) are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in mobile phone repair, demonstrating proficiency in a variety of repair techniques.
- A strong understanding of mobile phone hardware and software architecture, including knowledge of different manufacturers.
