Roles & Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair mobile devices, ensuring accurate identification of issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Perform software updates and configurations, ensuring devices operate with the latest features and security enhancements.
  • Calibrate and test mobile devices post-repair, guaranteeing all functions perform to manufacturer standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues in a clear and friendly manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical coursework in electronics or mobile technology is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in mobile device repair or related technical fields.
  • Certifications such as Apple Certified Technician or Samsung Certified Technician are strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in both iOS and Android systems, showcasing versatility in device handling and troubleshooting.
