Roles & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Perform software updates and installations, ensuring devices are functioning properly.
- Replace damaged or faulty parts, such as screens, batteries, and charging ports.
- Test and troubleshoot mobile devices to identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Keep accurate records of repairs, including details of the device, work performed, and parts used.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technology trends and advancements.
