Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for mobile applications across various platforms (iOS, Android) to identify software defects early in the development lifecycle.
  • Perform functional, regression, performance, security, and usability testing to ensure mobile applications meet quality standards and user expectations, covering both manual and automated testing.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify issues, and provide timely feedback on test results.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard testing tools (e.g., Appium, Selenium, JUnit) to improve test coverage and reduce manual testing efforts.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a strong foundation in software testing principles.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as ISTQB or similar, demonstrating a commitment to professional testing standards and practices.
  • Demonstrates 3+ years of experience in mobile application testing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality mobile applications.
  • Has experience in the software industry, with a focus on mobile application development and testing, preferably working on native and hybrid mobile apps.
