Job Description:
- Ensure freshness, quality, and attractive display of fruits & vegetables in assigned stores.
- Monitor and analyze sales, wastage, and assortment to hit business targets.
- Visit stores frequently, support teams, and ensure best practices are followed.
- Train and guide store staff on produce handling and waste reduction.
Requirements:
- 5 6 years experience in F&V retail operations.
- Strong knowledge of produce handling and merchandising.
- Analytical mindset with proven retail performance monitoring skills.
