We are seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team. Responsibilities

• Develop creative and engaging motion graphics for diverse digital platforms.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and goals.
• Collaborate with other designers and animators to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
• Create storyboards to visualize scenes before actual production begins.
• Design 2D and 3D animations to enhance video appeal and information delivery.
• Edit raw video footage and add appropriate transitions, effects, and filters.
• Incorporate music, dialog, and sound effects to enrich visual narratives.
• Ensure all designs align with the brand guidelines and standards.
• Continuously explore new animation techniques and tools to enhance creativity.
• Manage project timelines efficiently to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Maintain organized folders and file naming structures for all projects and assets.
• Provide creative input and ideas during brainstorming sessions and team meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in motion graphics and animation projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere.
• Excellent understanding of visual design principles and animation techniques.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
