Motion Graphic Designers work closely with producers, directors, and other creative team members to ideate, storyboard, and execute motion graphic elements that align with the broader visual narrative. Responsibilities

• Create and design motion graphics for video deliverables like brand videos and corporate reels.
• Collaborate with creative teams to understand project scope and objectives effectively.
• Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for motion design projects with precise timing.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Work with video editors to integrate motion graphics seamlessly into video productions.
• Maintain organized project files and ensure reliable backup of relevant materials.
• Ensure the consistent branding and quality of motion graphics across all platforms.
• Keep up to date with the latest design trends and techniques in motion graphics.
• Revise and refine completed graphics based on feedback from stakeholders and clients.
• Animate complex sequences and ensure smooth transitions between graphic elements.
• Test and troubleshoot media designs and animations on different devices and formats.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe After Effects and Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of 2D and 3D animation principles and techniques.
• Excellent knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition in motion design.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
