Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform precise winding of motor coils, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards for optimal performance.
- Diagnose electrical faults in motors and generators, utilizing specialized testing equipment to identify issues swiftly.
- Disassemble and reassemble electric motors, maintaining a meticulous approach to avoid damage and ensure integrity.
- Select appropriate wire gauge and insulation materials based on the motor type and intended application, guaranteeing durability.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred for a solid foundation.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in motor rewinding or repair, demonstrating a strong history of successful projects.
- Proven expertise in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints for accurate motor assembly.
- Familiarity with insulation resistance testing and other diagnostic tools essential for identifying motor faults.
