Motor Underwriter — Ras Al Khaimah, UAE Job Type: Full-time About the role We’re hiring a Motor Underwriter to join our insurance broking team in Ras Al Khaimah. You’ll assess motor insurance risks, price policies correctly, and provide fast, friendly service to clients and partners. What you’ll do Review and underwrite motor insurance risks using company and insurer rules. Issue new policies and handle endorsements, renewals, referrals, approvals, and escalations. Use insurer portals to get quotes, issue policies, and process changes. Apply correct rating so prices are competitive and compliant. Manage renewals to keep a high customer retention rate. Support the claims process and help resolve claim escalations when needed. Follow CBUAE (Central Bank of the UAE) regulations and company policies. Communicate clearly with clients to deliver great service. Build strong relationships with insurers and other underwriters. Work with marketing and sales on new business and renewal plans. Keep accurate underwriting files and policy documents. Send regular updates to management on referrals, activities, and renewals. What you’ll need
