Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform precise winding of coils for electric motors, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough inspections of winding materials and components to detect any defects prior to assembly.
- Utilize specialized winding machines and tools, maintaining them for accuracy and safety.
- Analyze technical schematics to determine winding specifications and configurations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, with vocational training in electrical or mechanical fields preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in motor winding or a related electrical assembly role.
- Certification in electrical winding techniques or relevant mechanical qualifications is a plus.
- Previous experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly in motor repair or assembly, is highly valued.
