The position is responsible for the fielding and conversion of sales enquiries coming into the Branch


• Oversee the incoming sales enquiries coming into the Branch; qualify the opportunity through needs based targeted questioning to either initiate a residential sales appointment or a phone sale process.
• Work closely with all internal teams and ensure all opportunity is leveraged to maximum effect in a team selling environment.
• Report to and work closely with the Manager, ensuring all leads, follow-ups, referrals and quotations are completed in an integrated and pro-active manner.
• Maintain a high performance customer driven culture with an emphasis on the following:
• Very Satisfied Customers and evidence of customer fulfillment
• Operational excellence through a defect free service.
• Maximum value to all stakeholders in the relocation process
• Work closely with all internal stakeholders and ensure all revenue is captured.
• Handle and coordinate with overseas agents and Shipping lines for up-to date rates and customs regulations.
• Prepare Costing for all transactions and services
• Updating relevant databases monthly and weekly.

Customer Service:

• Work closely with the Manager and Residential Consultants to maximise the opportunity to secure all in-home surveys / consultations. This includes:
• Assist with preparation of “Sales Packs” prior to appointment dates to include all available point of sale material.
• To establish “Vital Information” from any sales enquiry and book the residential sales appointment to ensure maximum benefit, ensuring all competitor information and lead sources are obtained at enquiry level.
• Maintain 100% compliance and accuracy in inputting all internal operating systems data in line with the responsibilities of the position.
• Liaise with all third party suppliers when necessary while acting in the best financial / operational interests of the branch.


• Demonstrate and promote the company vision and values.
• Adhoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

Logistics / Supply Chain

Desired Candidate Profile

• Secondary education certificate, or equivalent (preferred)
• 3-5 years experience in customer services
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and display tact and discretion at all times.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a potentially rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to set priorities, manage your time and workload and dependably meet strict deadlines.
• Ensure tasks are completed within timelines to a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high pressured environment.
• Confident can do attitude and a willingness to support stakeholders in effectively doing their job.
• Solution oriented approach to problem solving and decision making.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders.

• Proficient computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher or equivalent.
