Redfish Solutions Ltd is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected global consultancy to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) for a major project based in Abu Dhabi. This is a superb opportunity for a commercially driven professional to work on some of the most ambitious developments in the region.

As an MRICS-accredited Quantity Surveyor, you ll bring a high level of technical expertise, international standards of professionalism, and a deep understanding of cost management principles across the project lifecycle. You'll act as a trusted advisor to the client, ensuring projects are delivered within budget, on time, and to the highest commercial standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all pre- and post-contract commercial activities, including cost planning, procurement, tendering, and contract administration
• Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates, BOQs, cash flow forecasts, and risk registers
• Administer construction contracts in line with FIDIC or other international standards
• Manage change control, variations, and final accounts in collaboration with clients and contractors
• Provide commercial insight and support to ensure best value is achieved
• Mentor junior staff and uphold MRICS best practices across project teams

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) essential
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline
• Minimum 7 10 years experience, ideally with a top-tier consultancy or client-side environment
• Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale projects (infrastructure, real estate, or mixed-use)
• Proficiency in FIDIC contract administration and cost reporting tools (e.g., CostX, Excel)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• UAE or wider GCC experience preferred
