Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) tailored to diverse skill levels.
- Develop and deliver customized training materials, including presentations, workbooks, and hands-on exercises, to meet specific client needs.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and observations to identify skill gaps and tailor training programs accordingly.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees, answering questions and troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft Office applications.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Holds relevant certifications such as Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) or equivalent (preferred).
- Demonstrates 2+ years of experience in corporate training or a related field.
- Experience in the IT industry is preferred, but not mandatory.
