Roles & Responsibilities


Your day to day

  • Carry out routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs of electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Diagnose faults and troubleshoot issues in electromechanical systems, including motors, pumps, control panels, HVAC units, and plumbing systems.
  • Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and machinery.
  • Maintain and repair electrical systems such as lighting, power distribution, wiring, and control systems.
  • Perform mechanical works including pumps, valves, piping, kitchen/laundry equipment, and other machinery.
  • Respond promptly to breakdowns, service requests, and maintenance calls to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and service logs.
  • Support energy-saving initiatives and contribute to sustainability practices.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and departments to resolve technical issues efficiently.

What We Need From You

  • Diploma / Technical Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
  • Proven experience as an Electromechanical or Multi-skilled Technician, preferably in hospitality, facilities management, or industrial settings.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical equipment, HVAC, and plumbing.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and respond to emergency maintenance requests.
