Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your day to day
- Carry out routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs of electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose faults and troubleshoot issues in electromechanical systems, including motors, pumps, control panels, HVAC units, and plumbing systems.
- Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and machinery.
- Maintain and repair electrical systems such as lighting, power distribution, wiring, and control systems.
- Perform mechanical works including pumps, valves, piping, kitchen/laundry equipment, and other machinery.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns, service requests, and maintenance calls to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and service logs.
- Support energy-saving initiatives and contribute to sustainability practices.
- Collaborate with other technicians and departments to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Diploma / Technical Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience as an Electromechanical or Multi-skilled Technician, preferably in hospitality, facilities management, or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical equipment, HVAC, and plumbing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and respond to emergency maintenance requests.
