Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Technician (Civil Work & Plumbing) to join a private property in Dubai.


� Key Responsibilities:

  • Major and minor civil repair works

  • Rectification of structural cracks

  • Proficiency in gypsum works

  • Knowledge of tile works

  • Strong skills in painting

  • Perform plumbing works, including pipe installation, leak repairs, and fixture maintenance

  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and on-site safety standards

  • Leverage senior-level experience in civil works, gypsum, masonry, and plumbing to mentor junior staff and guide project execution

Desired Candidate Profile

� Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in civil maintenance (plumbing knowledge is an advantage)

  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Skilled professional with senior-level experience in civil works, gypsum, masonry, and plumbing

  • Knowledge of safety protocols and workplace regulations
