Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) system malfunctions, ensuring optimal building performance and occupant comfort.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on a wide range of equipment, including HVAC systems, generators, and fire suppression systems, minimizing downtime and extending equipment lifespan.
  • Conduct routine inspections of building infrastructure, identifying and promptly addressing any safety hazards or maintenance needs.
  • Respond to emergency calls and provide immediate solutions to critical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical degree or vocational certification in a related field is highly preferred.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certifications, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of experience in a multi-skilled technician role, showcasing practical hands-on expertise.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of building systems and their interdependencies, essential for effective troubleshooting.
