Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Diagnose and repair hair transplant machines, puncture motors, suction systems, and other related medical/clinical devices.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Calibrate and test equipment as per manufacturer guidelines.
  • Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical systems, lighting, and power outlets.
  • Troubleshoot issues in wiring, control panels, switches, and power distribution boards.
  • Repair and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipelines, drainage, and water supply systems.
  • Handle maintenance of sanitary fittings, water heaters, and RO systems.
  • Respond to maintenance requests promptly from clinical and administrative areas.
  • Maintain logs of all repair and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene during and after maintenance work, especially in treatment areas.
  • Follow all health, safety, and infection control guidelines applicable to clinical environments.
  • Use appropriate PPE and ensure safe handling of tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Support facility audits and inspections by maintaining compliance documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile


Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Multi-Skilled Maintenance.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in clinics, hospitals, or healthcare facilities. Experience handling hair transplant or similar medical equipment is an advantage.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and technical drawings, and basic understanding of medical device maintenance and safety.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on and proactive approach to maintenance.
  • Attention to detail, especially in sterile/clinical areas.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexible and able to respond to emergencies or after-hours maintenance needs.

Work Environment:

Clinical and office settings (hair transplant rooms, procedure areas, staff facilities). Requires following infection control and sterilization protocols.
