Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Air Conditioning (Primary Focus): Diagnose faults in split, ducted, and package AC units. Perform AC servicing: filter cleaning, coil washing, tray flushing, drainage line clearing. Conduct preventive maintenance including inspection of motors, capacitors, thermostats, and refrigerant piping. Replace minor AC parts (capacitors, contactors, fan motors, thermostats). Perform nitrogen pressure testing, vacuuming, and refrigerant gas charging as required. Assist in dismantling/reinstallation of indoor & outdoor units. Ensure system testing, commissioning, and client handover. General Maintenance (Secondary Tasks): Basic electrical works (replace lights, sockets, switches, breakers). Minor plumbing tasks (replace hoses, flush mechanisms, mixers, clear blockages). Handyman & civil repairs (fix curtain rails, hinges, touch-up painting, grouting). Support team in larger MEP and civil projects when required.s.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Educational background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, providing a solid technical foundation.
- Certifications in relevant technical fields, such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems, showcasing specialized knowledge.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a multi-technical role, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
- Preference for candidates with experience in manufacturing or industrial settings, understanding the specific challenges of the environment.
