Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and produce multimedia content (videos, photos, infographics, motion graphics, and animations) for internal and external communication.

Support marketing campaigns, hospital events, and awareness programs with creative digital content.

Manage photography and videography for hospital facilities, doctors profiles, patient stories, and health education materials.

Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical departments to create engaging content aligned with hospital standards and brand identity.

Edit and optimize content for social media platforms, websites, and digital screens within the hospital.

Ensure all multimedia materials comply with UAE healthcare regulations and patient privacy policies.

Maintain the hospital s digital asset library and ensure content consistency across all communication channels.

Support live streaming or recording of medical conferences, events, and training sessions.

Stay updated on design trends, healthcare communication strategies, and digital marketing tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a Multimedia Specialist, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization in the UAE.
  • Proven portfolio of digital and video content for healthcare or corporate environments.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience with photography, videography, and video editing.
  • Knowledge of content management systems and social media tools.
  • Creativity and strong visual storytelling ability.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
