Responsibilities:

• Assist in installation, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm, CBS, and firefighting systems

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance

• Support troubleshooting of system faults and wiring issues

• Maintain accurate service records and follow safety protocols

Requirements

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering

• 2–3 years of experience in fire alarm/firefighting systems

• Basic knowledge of Civil Defense, NFPA, or BS standards preferred

• Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

2. Senior Technician – Fire Life Safety Systems

This role focuses on leading on-site execution, supervising teams, and handling advanced troubleshooting of fire life safety systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead site execution for installation, testing, and maintenance

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

• Supervise junior technicians and ensure quality and safety compliance

• Interface with project engineers and site coordinators

Requirements

• Diploma/Technical Certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics

• 4–6 years of experience in fire safety systems

• Strong understanding of fire codes, panel programming, and testing procedures

• Ability to work independently and lead teams

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• UAE Driving License

3. Engineer – Fire Life Safety Systems

This role involves design, execution, and coordination of fire protection systems while ensuring compliance with standards and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Design, supervise, and manage installation and commissioning of fire protection systems

• Ensure compliance with NFPA, BS, and Civil Defense standards

• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors

• Perform system programming, cause-and-effect testing, and final handover

Requirements

• B.E./B. Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering

• 3–5+ years of experience in fire alarm, firefighting, and CBS systems

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, system integration, and panel configuration

• Strong technical reporting and documentation skills

• UAE Driving License

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

4. Senior Engineer – Fire Life Safety Systems

This role is responsible for leading maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with fire safety standards, and managing teams and system performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise maintenance activities for fire alarm systems

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules per NFPA 72

• Troubleshoot complex system faults and coordinate repairs

• Ensure documentation of maintenance and service activities

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams

• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 7 years of experience in fire alarm system maintenance

• Knowledge of systems such as Notifier, Siemens, Simplex, Honeywell

• Strong understanding of NFPA 72, NEC, and fire safety codes

• Experience managing maintenance teams

• Ability to read technical drawings and documentation

• Valid UAE Driving License

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
