Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art, tailored to each client's preferences and needs.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment by following strict hygiene protocols and ensuring tools are properly sterilized.
- Stay updated on the latest nail trends and techniques, incorporating innovative styles and products to exceed client expectations.
- Consult with clients to assess their nail health and recommend appropriate services and treatments for their specific needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on cosmetology or nail technology preferred.
- State-issued nail technician license or certification, demonstrating compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a salon or spa setting, showcasing hands-on expertise in nail care.
- Knowledge of various nail techniques, including gel, acrylic, and nail art, to cater to a diverse clientele.
