Provide data-driven insights on UAEN career progression, engagement, retention risk signals, and advocacy feedback to Emiratisation, L&T, HRBPs, and HR COEs to inform priorities.
-
Collaborate closely with L&T, Recruitment, HRBPs, and other HR COEs to translate UAEN career needs into targeted capability-building programs.
-
Build strong relationships with line managers and business leaders to champion UAEN talent. Partner with Learning & Talent, HRBPs, and other relevant HR COEs to support career progression, identify development needs, and enable internal career opportunities through targeted capability building.
-
Lead, coach, and support National Talent Partners to deliver high-impact, tailored career enablement support to their UAEN portfolios.
