Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Trainees will undergo intensive training lasting from 6 months to 3 years, aimed at equipping young UAE Nationals with the skills and knowledge required for their roles.
Trainees are taught through structured, classroom-based theoretical programs, practical training in workshops, and on-the-job training in EGA areas.
Desired Candidate Profile
UAE National holding a UAE passport
High School Certificate, preferably in science/technical subjects, or relevant work experience
Good communication skills in English
Completed the National Service (If Applicable)
Aged between 19-32
