Neonatology Consultant

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Neonatologist to join our pediatric healthcare team. In this critical position, you will provide comprehensive care for newborns, particularly those who are premature or critically ill. You will work within a state-of-the-art Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care for our most vulnerable patients.

Your main responsibilities include:

Performing detailed assessments and diagnostics of newborns to develop effective treatment plans.
Administering life-saving interventions and managing the ongoing care of critically ill infants.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive treatment and care.
Communicating effectively with and providing education to families about newborn care and treatment options.
Engaging in clinical research and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements Experience: 3 years Masters degree Requirements
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Completion of a residency in Pediatrics and a fellowship in Neonatology.
Board certification in Neonatology is mandatory.
Active medical license in the state of work.
Ideally, 3-5 years of experience in a neonatal care setting.
Strong clinical and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for family interactions.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
