Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and assess damage.
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to specific pest problems, ensuring effectiveness and safety.
  • Apply pesticides and other control measures in compliance with local regulations and safety standards to minimize environmental impact.
  • Educate clients on pest prevention strategies, including sanitation practices and habitat modification to reduce future infestations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in pest management are a plus.

  • Confident and strong English communication skills

  • Previous experience in pest control or a related field, ideally 2-3 years, showcasing hands-on technical skills.

  • No experience is required as training will be provided by the company.

  • Proven ability to identify various pests and their behaviors, allowing for effective treatment and prevention strategies.
