Job Purpose:

The .NET Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications and systems that support Erth’s business operations.

The role involves developing scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions aligned with organizational objectives and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web and desktop applications using .NET technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Develop and integrate APIs, web services, and third-party systems to enhance digital functionality.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Maintain and optimize existing applications for performance, reliability, and security.
• Participate in system design reviews, testing, and quality assurance activities.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues and production defects.
• Support the implementation of new digital initiatives and process automation across departments.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, code documentation, and user manuals.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends relevant to .NET development.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in .NET development.
• Proven experience with: C#, ASP. NET Core, MVC, Web API, LINQ, Entity Framework HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Blazor) SQL Server and database design (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning) RESTful API integration and microservices architecture
• Experience in Azure Cloud, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and software design patterns.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
