Roles & Responsibilities

(Saudi National Only)

Grade: 06

Location: Riyadh

Working hours: full time

Responsibilities

Involved with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and administration of existing or future network infrastructures.

Interface with vendors to ensure appropriate communication and issue resolutions.

Perform routine health checks and preventive measures on assigned systems.

Monitor the network and report network failures or degradations to more senior team members and the direct manager.

Run proof of concept deployment and troubleshoot issues to identify and address root causes.

Follow and maintain ISE network operations and security standards.

Work on maintaining technical expertise in all areas of network components in operation.

Actively collaborate with other groups in IT Operations to support projects and day-to-day operations as defined by the supervisor.

Proactively and effectively communicate status, plan-of-action and resolution of reported issues.

Consistently provide internal and external customers and technology partners with high-quality support experience.

Effectively manage case escalations to senior network engineers or the Network Operations Manager while maintaining customer communications.

Maintain ISE s operational documentation up to date

Assist in generating technical documentation and guide manuals

Job Requirements:

A minimum of three years experience in network deployment and operations.

Fluent in Arabic and English

Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science or a similar field as a minimum.

CCNA Certified
