Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and continuously optimize the IMEA East-West Ocean Network.
Designing a world-class network to deliver reliable and cost-effective solution for our customers.
Bridging commercial activities with Mainliner reliability, delivering a first-rate customer experience at optimal cost.
Accountable for:
- Optimal Network Across IMEA East West Network
- Customer Delivery, creating a realistic and competitive network
Critical competencies:
- Experience in operations with mandatory exposure to Flow and network design (Mandatory to have)
- Diligent, self-disciplined accepting personal ownership for results.
- Innovative and driven to provide world-class service to customers
- Strong data skills and comfortable dealing with complexity.
- Good time-management skills and work effectively under tight deadlines
- Excellent communicator who is able to interact with and convey ideas to cross-cultural teams and multiple stakeholders
Desired Candidate Profile
UAE National with Family Book and relevant experience.
