Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Good communication skills
  • Provide network support, troubleshooting network issues to ensure network availability and reliability Implement
  • Experience with cloud environments such as Azure and AWS. Network configuration, implementation, and support in Azure and AWS Network infrastructure, encompassing elements such as VPCs, Security Group, NACL, Direct Connect, and Transit Gateways.
  • Experience working with firewalls such as Palo Alto, FortiGate, Cisco FTD, Forcepoint etc.
  • Experience working with F5 WAF, GTM, LTM, Barracuda WAF.
  • Experience working with Citrix NetScaler.
  • Knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF
  • Handle incidents promptly and provided solutions within defined Service Level Agreements SLAs, executing necessary changes for service resumption.
  • Provide support in closing audit points to mitigate vulnerabilities and compliance gap.
  • Collaborate with cross-function teams to develop and enforce security policies and procedures in alignment with industry standard and regulations.
  • Manage and maintain Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services to ensure efficient IP address management and DNS resolution.
  • Document network configurations, procedures, and best practices.
  • Experience working in finance banking sector preferred
  • Willing to work out-of-office hours.

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
