Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Role Purpose
  • To oversee the hotel s night operations, combining front desk duties with financial auditing to ensure smooth guest experiences and accurate reporting of daily revenue.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • - Guest Services
  • - Handle late check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries during night shifts.
  • - Provide concierge assistance, resolve complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • - Monitor lobby and public areas for safety and cleanliness.
  • - Financial Auditing
  • - Balance and reconcile daily transactions from front desk, F&B outlets, and other revenue centers.
  • - Prepare end-of-day financial reports for management.
  • - Verify cash deposits, credit card charges, and room charges.
  • - Operations & Security
  • - Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures during night operations.
  • - Conduct property walks to maintain safety and security.
  • - Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for urgent overnight requests.
  • - Reporting
  • - Generate daily revenue and occupancy reports.
  • - Highlight discrepancies and escalate issues to the Finance or Front Office Manager.
  • Qualifications & Requirements
  • - Skills:
  • - Strong numerical and analytical ability.
  • - Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • - Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio, or similar).
  • - Language: Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
  • Preferably available in UAE and can join with short notice or immediately.
  • Any nationality.
  • Must have experience in the hospitality field (home country or in UAE).

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Diploma or degree in hospitality, accounting, or related field.
  • - Experience: 1 2 years in front office or accounting roles, preferably in 4-star or 5-star hotels.
