Position Overview
voco Hotels, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to handle guest relations and oversee nightly financial operations. The role ensures accuracy in hotel accounts, guest check-ins, and reports while maintaining safety, efficiency, and hospitality excellence throughout the overnight shift.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform end-of-day financial audits for guest transactions, room revenues, and service charges.
* Balance cash drawers, reconcile daily income, and prepare accurate financial and occupancy reports.
* Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently during overnight hours.
* Respond promptly to guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure an excellent guest experience.
* Conduct security checks, ensuring hotel safety and compliance with emergency procedures.
* Update and maintain guest information in the property management system.
* Communicate effectively with housekeeping, engineering, and front office teams for issue resolution.
* Assist in managing night operations, including lobby supervision and handling late arrivals.
* Monitor inventory of front desk supplies and report shortages as needed.
* Ensure all accounting procedures adhere to internal policies and audit standards.

Ideal Profile

* Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel front office, accounting, or night audit operations.
* Strong knowledge of PMS and accounting systems, preferably Opera and Micros.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric approach.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
* Ability to work independently during overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
* Basic understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
