Position Overview
Parsons Corporation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented NOC Coordinator (UAE National) to join its Dubai-based team. The role involves coordinating with various government entities, service authorities, consultants, and project teams to manage and secure necessary approvals and No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for major infrastructure and development projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with relevant Dubai and Northern Emirates authorities to secure required NOCs for infrastructure, utilities, and development projects.
* Attend project coordination and kick-off meetings to support design and engineering teams throughout the NOC process.
* Track submission progress and ensure accuracy and compliance of drawings and supporting documentation.
* Coordinate between clients, consultants, and contractors to address technical queries and expedite approvals.
* Monitor utility-related NOC applications (electricity, telecom, water, sewerage, stormwater, etc.) and ensure timely processing.
* Review project schedules to identify potential bottlenecks or delays and propose corrective actions.
* Participate in design coordination meetings and contribute to workflow efficiency improvements.
* Prepare weekly and monthly status reports summarizing NOC progress, pending items, and authority feedback.
* Maintain clear records of all NOC submissions, correspondence, and authority communications.
* Represent Parsons in official meetings and site visits with government entities and utility providers.
* Perform additional coordination and administrative duties to support project delivery and compliance.
Ideal Profile
* Diploma or degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
* 5 10 years of proven experience in NOC coordination within the infrastructure or utilities sector.
* Extensive knowledge of Dubai authority procedures and NOC systems (RTA, DEWA, Etisalat, DU, DM, ADM, etc.).
* Strong understanding of local regulatory frameworks, submission protocols, and approval processes.
* Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong written and spoken communication in English; fluency in Arabic is highly desirable.
* Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle required for frequent authority visits.
* Preference given to candidates with experience in consultancy or government infrastructure projects.
