Roles & Responsibilities

Job Position NOC Engineer/Authorities Coordinator
Company Name Ancient Builders Constructions
Location: Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 5 years of experience as NOC Engineer / Authority Coordinator in UAE (Dubai experience preferred).

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and process all NOC applications and approvals with relevant Dubai authorities, including:

RTA, DEWA, DM, DU, Etisalat, Civil Defense, Trakhees, DDA, Emaar, Nakheel, etc.
Prepare, review, and submit drawings, documents, and applications required for statutory approvals.
Track and follow up on submission status, ensuring timely issuance of NOCs to avoid project delays.
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to gather necessary information and documents.
Strong knowledge of local authority regulations and approval procedures.
Experience in handling submissions to RTA, DEWA, DM, DDA, Civil Defense, and other master developers.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and document control systems.
Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple submissions simultaneously.
