NOC Engineer Desert group investment LLC

Coordinate with all Authorities and Client team to obtain necessary NOCs/Permits.

Coordinate and collect information from relevant Agencies, third party consultants and contractors for all technical queries and issues.

Monitor progress of drawings for NOCs.

Able to read and understand the drawings include existing utilities services and utilities corridor.

Attend kick-off and co-ordination meetings and provide support during NOC process.

Attending all site visits required by external authorities for site clearance /verifications which are required to receive the NOCs.

Track utilities NOCs and provide weekly updated log.

Track project progress and ensure all project activities are completed on-time, in terms of the NOC process.

Coordinate and interface with the design team when required.
