Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit comprehensive NOC permit applications, ensuring all technical specifications and safety regulations are meticulously addressed to secure timely approvals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and operations, to align NOC permit requirements with project timelines and objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits of permit compliance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to minimize risks and ensure adherence to all regulations.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to project teams on permit requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of obligations and promoting proactive compliance.
  • Develop and implement effective permit tracking systems, enabling efficient monitoring of application status and timely identification of potential delays.
  • Stay updated on changes in regulations, codes, and industry best practices, continuously improving permit application processes and compliance strategies.
  • Negotiate and resolve permit-related issues with regulatory agencies, proactively addressing concerns and facilitating smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of permit applications, approvals, and related documentation, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring data integrity.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and project plans, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and local authority regulations.
  • Conduct thorough site surveys and assessments, identifying potential hazards and infrastructure conflicts to proactively mitigate risks and ensure project feasibility.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation and technical proficiency.
  • Holds relevant professional certifications such as a PMP or equivalent, showcasing project management expertise and commitment to industry standards.
  • Exhibits a minimum of 5 years of experience in a NOC permit engineering role or related field, indicating significant practical knowledge and expertise.
  • Demonstrates experience within the telecommunications or infrastructure industry, highlighting familiarity with specific project requirements and regulatory environments.
  • Requires fluency in English, both written and verbal, enabling effective communication with stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  • Showcases proficiency in using relevant software tools such as AutoCAD and permitting software, streamlining permit application processes and documentation.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling effective review of technical documents and identification of potential issues.
  • Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
