- Analyzes the Drop and add of the Traffic flow of the clients
- Evaluate and analyze system problems in work flows, organization and planning and develops appropriate corrective action
- Reports to the Team leader the analysis of network in case there was any troubleshooting or frauds.
- Detects any fraud or troubleshooting immediately.
- Responsible for the effectiveness of each route for specific clients
-Knowledge in network troubleshooting, process workflow and communication skills are a requirement
-Knowledge in networks, routers, switches, servers (Win/Unix/Linux), VMWare, SAN, security, wireless, etc.
-Good communication skills
-Good in English, Arabic.
-Ability to exercise independent judgment in planning, organizing, and performing network analytical tasks.
-Must have very strong problem solving skills.
-Ability to work in a team
