We are looking for passionate and skilled professionals to join our growing team in a Greenfield Manufacturing Project based in Abu Dhabi & Dubai.

Mandatory Requirements

Candidates must have experience in Steel Plants / Iron / Foundry / Manufacturing.

Profiles without relevant industry experience will not be considered.

� Available Positions

� Purchase Officer

• Source and procure raw materials, consumables, and engineering spares as per project requirements.
• Float enquiries, evaluate quotations, and negotiate prices and delivery timelines with suppliers.
• Coordinate with project and finance teams for vendor management, payment follow-ups, and documentation.
• Maintain and update purchase records, vendor databases, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Track and monitor open purchase orders and ensure timely material availability for project schedules.

� Store Officer

• Oversee receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock verification and reconciliation.
• Implement inventory control systems and ensure proper tagging and binning of materials.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Project, and Dispatch teams for material movement and tracking.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment in compliance with company policies and safety standards.

� Dispatch Officer

• Manage and control all outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy of quantity, documentation, and packaging.
• Prepare dispatch documents – delivery notes, gate passes, packing lists, and transport details.
• Coordinate with logistics partners, project, and clients for smooth dispatch of finished goods or materials.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor and report dispatch performance, logistics costs, and turnaround times to management.
