YOUR ROLE 

Introduction of new Quality projects:

To be the Quality interface for all NPI projects

Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures

Ensure that qualification plans are properly defined and that all risks are taken into account.

Ensure coordination between the NPI and Failure/Reliability Analysis Laboratory teams

Responsible for Quality Project Management:

To be the point of reference and support project management within the Quality organization

Follow the governance and methodology of project management

Create and maintain a portfolio of quality projects

Develop project management skills within the organization

Ensure compliance with the project methodology

Facilitating synergy between the organization's stakeholders

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Engineering degree (Electronics or mechanics option) with a minimum of 8 years' experience at ST.

• Good knowledge of Assembly and Testing processes

• Have a good knowledge of quality and production tools (SPM Tool, PCMS tool, 8D tool, FMEA Tool, FW…)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

•Mastery of SOPs, Procedures…

• Sense of initiative and autonomy.

•Good communication and active listening.

Good written and oral communication skills and English
