Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop personalized care plans that address individual health needs and preferences.
  • Administer medications and treatments with precision, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and monitoring for any adverse reactions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes through effective communication and shared decision-making.
  • Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications to empower informed choices.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Assist in diagnostic tests and procedures, providing support and comfort to patients while ensuring optimal operating conditions.
  • Implement infection control measures to protect patients, staff, and visitors, contributing to a safe healthcare environment.
  • Respond swiftly to medical emergencies, employing critical thinking and clinical skills to stabilize patients until further assistance arrives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution, ensuring a solid foundation in both theory and practice.
  • Current nursing license valid in the respective state or country, demonstrating compliance with local regulations.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) for emergency preparedness.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting, showcasing hands-on expertise.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient patient documentation and data management.
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills considered an asset for diverse patient interactions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families, fostering trust and communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks that require lifting, standing, and prolonged periods of movement.
