Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution, ensuring a solid foundation in both theory and practice.
  • Current nursing license valid in the respective state or country, demonstrating compliance with local regulations.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) for emergency preparedness.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting, showcasing hands-on expertise.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient patient documentation and data management.
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills considered an asset for diverse patient interactions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families, fostering trust and communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks that require lifting, standing, and prolonged periods of movement.
