Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and medical assistance to injured or ill employees at the construction site.
• Conduct regular health and safety assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate health records and report any incidents or accidents according to company protocols.
• Educate employees on health and safety practices, including injury prevention and awareness.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of health promotion activities and wellness programs.
• Coordinate with local healthcare facilities for referrals and follow-up care as needed.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations and company policies.

• Valid DHA/DOH nursing license.

• Previous experience as a nurse, preferably in a construction setting.
• Strong knowledge of first aid, CPR, and workplace health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and potentially hazardous environment.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
